Kenya School of Ministry Update

In February of 2024, The Kenya Government fully approved our school to operate full time in Kenya. As part of that approval, we were requested to change the name of the school to Shepherd’s Hope Training Centre, with branches in Kilgoris and in Narok, Kenya.

In April 2024, we mark the beginning of the fourteenth (14th) year of training ministry in Kenya. During that time we have graduated over 1,350 pastors and leaders who each Sunday are impacting well over 70,000 people with the Gospel all across East Africa. While that number doesn’t sound like much in the United States, when you consider that 90% of these people are in the rural areas of East Africa, it makes my heart rejoice over what God is doing!

In Kilgoris this term, we saw well over 50 brand new leaders join the training ministry. In Narok there has been over 60 brand new students join the training. There is a hunger and a thirst for the knowledge of the Word and what these schools of ministry have produced, and are producing. We know there are many fine schools operating across Kenya and around the world, but we also know what God is doing through Shepherd’s Hope is meeting a need in leaders that do not have the money or the time to attend a traditional Bible School.

Thank you to all our Revival Now partners for helping us all these years, first with the Masaai Vocational Training Centre, then the Revival Now School of Ministry, and now with Shepherd’s Hope Training Centre. Only heaven will show the entirety of what has been accomplished. And that’s what Pam and I want. We want to hear Him say, “well done good and faithful servant.”

Here are some pics from the last two weeks of training.
